Nestled in the heart of a historic neighborhood, Burch Street Casitas are just 1.5 miles from Carson National Forest. These four cozy 550 square foot units feature southwestern style architecture in a private compound. Casitas are conveniently located near the Plaza, shops, galleries, restaurants, and Kit Carson House. We offer pleasant relaxation indoors with all the comforts of home including wood burning fireplaces. Outdoors under a canopy of tall Chinese Elm trees are private patios and there is private off-street parking, just a few feet from your arched front door and portal.

Each ground-level casita features an open floor plan concept. They include a bedroom, full kitchen, full private bath, and quaint living/dining areas, with saltillo tiled radiant floor heat throughout. The custom tongue-and-groove natural paneling and cross-beamed ceilings, along with the large windows and glass-wall blocks lend a light & airy ambiance. Decorated with contemporary southwest furnishings each casita invites its guests to relax before the warmth of a large wood-burning fireplace. Tastefully appointed nichos, attractive wall hangings, consignment art from local artists, and talavera tile kitchen counter accents complete your home away from home. |

- Burch Street Casitas are designated non-smoking units;
smoking permissible on private patios.
- Pets allowed with prior approval;
nominal pet fee applied.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
